Intersect Consulting, Inc. provides a cost-effective
alternative to managing your Oracle® or SQL Server™ environments with flexible service plans that
can be customized to fit your particular business needs.
Our subscription service plans cover a wide spectrum of
needs from monitoring and notifying to critical
support!
The Bronze Subscription is designed for
smaller organizations with 1-2 Oracle® or SQL Server™ databases
reaching up to 40GB with normal business hours uptime
and availability requirements. Growing companies would benefit from a watchful eye and the service of an
experienced, senior-level DBA that the Bronze Subscription has to offer.
The Silver Subscription is targeted at small
and medium-sized organizations with 2-4 Oracle® or SQL Server™ database
servers of 80-100GB with expanded uptime and hours of
availability requirements. This plan is "service-rich" for
organizations that likely have an established IT department but are
experiencing operational stability challenges. The Silver Subscription is ideal for companies that have database administrators on staff who
have split responsibilities or companies with a junior DBA that
would benefit from mentoring and support.
The Gold Subscription, our premier service
plan, is ideal for medium-sized organizations with 3-6 Oracle® or SQL Server™ enterprise-class database servers of 80-100GB with continuous uptime availability requirements. The Gold Subscription is best suited for companies with a knowledgeable and well seasoned in-house staff undergoing significant changes in technology or upgrades. Because these types of companies may be experiencing increased complexities of managing redundant, highly available
systems that impact operations and performance reliability, a supplemental service plan such as the Gold Subscription is helpful to ensure effective and successful operations.
The Platinum Subscription is best suited for
medium to large-sized organizations with 6-8 enterprise-class Oracle® or SQL Server™ database servers of 200-600GB with critical,
continuous uptime and availability requirements. Companies that are predominately E-Commerce enterprises or providers of critical care and emergency services support will have their needs met by the Platinum Subscription.
